Spark+Echo Arts is Hiring: Program Administrator

THE SPIEL:
Spark+Echo Arts is seeking to fill a Part Time position for a minimum of 6-months to a year with possibility of being hired on permanently.

Job candidates would partner with the Interim Executive Director for a hands-on impact on Spark+Echo Arts’ Bible Illumination Project.

ABOUT US:
Spark+Echo Arts forms communities of artists who engage with and create in response to the Bible. We commission artists of ALL backgrounds, beliefs, and artistic practices to create original works of art—all of which is posted on our digital gallery. Join us for the project of a lifetime!

ABOUT YOU:

- Shepherding artists through the creative process from start to finish
- Walking the balance between relational and organizational management
- Clerical skills

- Excellent organizational skills
- Preferred but Optional: Social media

JOB WILL INCLUDE:
- Take the vision of the executive team and help execute it
- Manage multiple deadlines and schedules
- Negotiate and manage contracts
- Build posts on website
- Manage artist submissions
- Manage email backlog
- Follow up with artists quickly
- Help facilitate/shepherd curators
- Provide support to curators when they need help
- Preferred but Optional: Social Media posts

DETAILS:
- Starting salary is $750-$850 per month
- As a part-time position, the time commitment is 10 hours per week
- Position is open immediately and will be reassessed at the end of 2022
